Where demand outpaces supply.
Healthcare real estate is a local business conducted with global capital. We operate where three conditions converge: rising private healthcare demand, a functioning legal framework for property ownership, and investor appetite for long-income assets.
Morocco & North Africa
Our home market. Morocco combines a rapidly expanding private healthcare sector, a mature land registration system (titres fonciers) and growing interest from Gulf and European capital. We maintain direct relationships with landowners, developers, urban agencies and operators across the Casablanca–Settat, Rabat, Tangier and Marrakech corridors, and extend coverage to Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt through local partners.
West Africa
Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Ghana and Nigeria are building private healthcare capacity from a low base, with strong demographic support and increasing DFI participation. We advise on greenfield structuring and operator partnerships in these markets, with particular attention to currency, title and repatriation risk.
Gulf Cooperation Council
Saudi Arabia and the UAE combine large-scale healthcare investment programmes with sophisticated real estate capital markets. We work with Gulf investors seeking geographic diversification into African healthcare assets, and with regional operators expanding beyond their home markets.
Europe
Mature, liquid and yield-compressed. We advise European institutional investors on selective exposure to higher-yielding healthcare assets in Africa, and support African operators and family offices acquiring stabilised European medical property.
